A patient portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a secure username and password, patients can view immunization, vitals and lab result records as well as appointment and scheduling options.
When you visit our walk-in clinic you will be asked if you would like to sign up for the patient portal. You will receive an email invitation with a link that connects you to another secure site where you set up your portal user account. If you have used our services before you can visit our agency during our hours of operation to request an invite.
