Community Survey from Compass Health

A message forwarded from Compass Health asking for participation in their latest survey:

The Missouri Prevention Resource Centers are doing a survey to learn what community members think about substance use and substance use prevention efforts. We would especially appreciate if those in Compass Health Network Prevention Resource Center’s 29 county service area would participate.  The survey is anonymous. It is very important that you use the drop-down menu to select your county in the first question of the survey. Feedback from people who do not do substance use prevention or treatment on a daily basis is extra helpful. We are looking to learn what the general community thinks about the topic. Prevention looks a little bit different in each county. The survey results will be used to guide our prevention planning. Please reach out if you have any questions and feel free to forward this email.
